TASK

Study the following and complete the tasks below:

  1. Conduct a comprehensive internal and external assessment of the company. Examine the business environment in the UK, including both micro and macro factors, using suitable analytical frameworks. (1200 words)
  2. Building on the analysis carried out in Task 1, apply relevant strategic models of your choice to develop an appropriate business strategy for the company, focusing on its goals for the next three years. (1200 words)
  3. Utilising  suitable change management models, discuss the challenges linked to the proposed strategies and outline solutions to address these obstacles effectively. (600 words)
