Evaluate these elements and provide an analysis that determines their positive and negative aspects within the framework of the organisation.

Using appropriate theories and models, propose recommendations as to how the organisation its strategies and processes, enabling them to perform better within the market space that they are currently in. Provide a strong justification for your recommendations.
